We had serious iddli trouble!!! ...
First we mixed the batter ...
We let it sit for hours (maybe not enough hours) then put it in the iddli maker ...
Steamed them and took them out ...
Put them on clean leaves ...
But they tasted very disappointing ... very, well ... dreadful! ... is this a lesson in never changing into humanses, or what?
We never have any trouble when we are elefinks, or lionses, or rabbit, or turtles ....

Time and again I tell people, yu must use Bhagavan's recipe when making Iddly. Ask for Bhagavan's help when you make Iddlies. Only then will they be good.
Even recently Spotty and I made iddlis, and they were heavy. Really heavy on the tumick. We lorned that we must foast take Bhagavan's blessings before doing anything.
